Shipping Policy
Book to the Future is NOT responsible for books that are lost in transit. Delivery Confirmation is not required but highly recommended.
A shipping credit will be issued if you send the books via Media Mail. The shipping credit is based on the total weight of the books you send to us. For example, if you send five 20 lb. boxes of books, you will receive one credit at 100 pounds. You will not get five credits at 20 lbs. each. Listed below is the shipping credit table for U.S.P.S. Media Mail.
Books that do not meet the condition requirements will NOT receive the shipping credit. The total weight of the rejected books will be subtracted from the total credit at $.34 per pound. For example, if you send 100 books that weigh 40 pounds, the starting shipping credit will be $15.39. If ten of those books are rejected, and they weigh four pounds, $3.40 will be subtracted from the shipping credit (10 x $.34 = $3.40). The total shipping credit will then be $11.99 ($15.39 - $3.40).
